Dicapria Del Carpiois a production designer, producer, puppet & prop designer and builder, scenic painter, and freelance fine artist living in the Los Angeles, California area. Biography Dicapria was born and raised in Miami, Florida, and currently resides in Long Beach, California. She has worked as a theatre artisan, fine artist, and artistic producer for the past 6 years throughout Florida, New York, Utah, and now California. She studied Theater in Miami at Florida International University. And has traveled throughout Eastern Europe including Italy, Switzerland, Slovakia, and studied abroad at Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic. Her theater experience includes scenic painting, props artisan, puppet artist and design, and stage-managing. Dicapria's recent projects include painting, studying film theory, and working in the Art Department on Independent Films. Her most recent endeavors include Art Managing Michael Pukac's Fine Art and creating a traveling, avant-garde production company called "The Imaginary Light Bulb Factory" that focuses on producing experimental artistic and theatre shows, in which she has directed, produced, and designed her first series of shows entitled "Tableau Vivant Nouveau". Her future goals comprise of traveling the world to produce more theatrical, artistic, and filmatic productions. |
